Horne Streetscape
The goal of the Horne Streetscape Project is to design and construct improvements to enable safe, accessible, comfortable, and convenient access for all people and travel modes.
The outcome of the Project will be developed through a collaborative process that will build upon the efforts of, and engage, the community at-large, City staff, and elected officials.

Where is Horne Street?
The Horne Streetscape Project limits are from Camp Bowie Blvd. (US-377) to W. Vickery Blvd. The street segment is located in the Como neighborhood of Fort Worth, Texas, south of the I-30 and US-377 interchange, southwest of Downtown Fort Worth.
Key Goals
- Build upon the efforts of the community, City staff, and elected officials
- Develop complete streets that consider transportation users of all ages and abilities
- Identify potential new roadway elements
- Determine space needed for existing and future improvements
- Identify critical infrastructure improvements
- Develop a prioritized list of projects to be implemented
